Facilitation / Speaking

When I am engaged with clients I am always looking for it to be a conversation. So my strong preference is to do facilitation over presentation. My goal is always to have participants work on what I call the Triple A of Change: Attitudes, Activities and Accountabilities. If someone is not changing at least one attitude or activity from our time together, then I would challenge they’re not getting a good ROI on their investment. Also, without clear and shared accountability, it’s really hard to stay the course. So I want to make sure each person leaves with that positive return.

Below is a sampling of some of my more popular topics and my pricing model for different engagement types. I also do custom presentations based on your needs, with the pricing model staying the same. I love working on creating new ways to share and explore topics that matter, especially when it is with those looking to learn and grow.

Facilitation Topics

Presentation - Up to 2 Hours - $2,500

An overview of any of the topics and how they can have an impact in your environment. This will give you enough to understand the concepts and start having the right conversations.

Facilitation - 1/2 Day - $4,000

An overview of the topic plus a walkthrough into the first steps of making change. This will give you not only an understanding of the topics but comfort that your initial steps are in the direction you want to go.

Strategy Creation - 2 Day - $12,000

A deep dive into the topic and how to leverage it in your unique context. With the built in 2nd day we’ll have time for reflection and space for clarification in Day 2. We’ll build the action plan, clarify who is doing what and will build a 90-day check in process to make sure you’re getting what you need to get you where you’re going.

Strategy Creation - 1 Day - $7,000

A deep dive into the topic to get at how it uniquely impacts and can best be leveraged in your context. We’ll do more work to not only get the basics and set a game plan but will created actionable steps and a check in process over the next 90 days to help support you in getting there.
